ZEN aluminium profile structures for tensioning printed textiles
Aluminium frames are constructions made of aluminium profiles used to display graphics printed on textile material. They allow the printed fabric to be perfectly stretched over the frame, making them aesthetically pleasing and, what’s more, reusable, as the graphics can be replaced. The ease of assembly, any size, interchangeable graphics, and wide range of applications make aluminium profile structures very popular both as an advertising medium and as an element of interior design.
ZEN Basic Black aluminium profile structures
ZEN Basic aluminium frames are made from high-quality profiles with a depth of 20 mm. The Black version is distinguished by the black colour of the frame (powder coating the profiles). Furthermore, on request, we can paint the frame in any RAL colour – offer on request. The aluminium profiles used for the frames are fitted with a special slot for mounting the graphic material. Holes are also made in them at specific distances to facilitate mounting the frame directly to the wall.
Easy-to-assemble reusable ZEN frames
Our fabric tensioning systems consist of aluminium profiles and angles, from which the frame is assembled, as well as graphics printed on the textile material and finished with silicone tape. Depending on the size of the ordered frame, the aluminium profiles are divided in a suitable sections so that they can be transported and assembled conveniently. Structures made of ZEN Basic Black aluminium profiles are first assembled with cut profiles, angle mounting brackets and connectors using an Allen key. The assembled frame should then be fixed directly to the wall with screws, wall plugs, etc. Only when the frame has been attached to the wall can the graphic be inserted. How do I place a graphic in an aluminium frame? Simply slide the edges of the frame into a special slot in the profile. The graphic material can be easily exchanged again and again without having to dismantle the frame.
