The possibility of personalisation and positive associations make Garland a decoration of the space and a carrier of an attractive marketing message. Since they are light-weight, they flutter in the wind, and when set in motion, they catch the eye. We apply individual designs on the material. We also have a catalogue of 7 ready-made patterns.
Garlands are a practical way to add branding, decoration or clear visual emphasis to a space without using heavy display systems. They work well where a long, lightweight decoration is needed: above a stand, along a patio, in a shop window, in a restaurant zone or during an outdoor event. Each garland is produced as a 10 running metre decoration and printed using sublimation technology.
What makes printed garlands useful?
The main advantage of this product is simple installation combined with strong visual presence. A printed garland can guide attention, support seasonal campaigns, decorate a sales area or create a consistent event setting. Because the format is light, it is easy to place in temporary and changing spaces such as fairs, conferences, festivals, cafes, car showrooms or promotional zones.
- Suitable for decoration and advertising in commercial interiors and event spaces.
- Available in three shapes: triangle, rectangle and pennant.
- Produced as a 10 running metre string for easy planning of the display area.
- Lightweight construction supports quick mounting and removal.
How to choose the right variant?
The product is available in Basic and Premium versions. The Basic version is printed on Polyester 115 g/m², a cost-effective material that allows the design to show through almost 100% to the other side, creating a mirrored effect on the reverse. It is a good choice for short-term campaigns, seasonal decorations and budget-sensitive orders.
The Premium version uses Polyester 210 g/m². Individual flags are made by sewing two personalised fabric pieces together, which allows a different design on each side and reduces show-through. This option is recommended when the garland will be viewed from both directions or when a thicker material is preferred.
Shapes and formats
Triangle garlands consist of 24 personalised flags, each 30 cm high and 20 cm wide. Rectangle and pennant garlands consist of 36 flags, each 25 × 15 cm. The same shapes and formats are available in both Basic and Premium standards, making it easy to match the product to the design, viewing distance and character of the space.
Basic or Premium garlands?
The choice between Basic and Premium depends mainly on how the garland will be viewed and how important double-sided presentation is for the campaign. Basic is designed for efficient decoration where one printed design mirrored on the reverse is sufficient. Premium is better when both sides of the string are visible to visitors, for example in passages, open event zones, restaurant patios or exhibition spaces.
| Variant | Material and print effect | When to choose it |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Polyester 115 g/m²; print shows through almost 100% to the reverse side. | For cost-conscious decoration, short campaigns and one-design displays. |
| Premium | Polyester 210 g/m²; two sewn fabric pieces allow different designs on each side. | For double-sided visibility, thicker fabric and more controlled presentation. |
Where do garlands work best?
Garlands are often used for promotional and decorative tasks in places where the message should be visible but the display should remain light. They are suitable for trade fairs, conferences, festivals, concerts, local events, gas stations, shops, car showrooms, restaurants, cafes and summer outdoor patios. They can also support seasonal sales, Christmas decorations, birthday events, corporate meetings, relaxation zones and children’s play areas.
On English-speaking markets, this type of product may also be described as printed bunting, pennant bunting, flag garlands or advertising bunting. These terms refer to similar applications, but in this product the main choice remains the garland shape, material and Basic or Premium production standard.
Design and file preparation tips
When preparing artwork, consider how the garland will be seen in the final location. Triangle flags usually create a dynamic decorative line, while rectangles give more regular space for logos or short messages. Pennant shapes are useful for a more classic event or festive look. Keep key elements readable from the expected viewing distance and avoid placing important details too close to the cut or sewing area.
- Use simple, high-contrast layouts when the garland will be viewed from a distance.
- For Basic, remember that the reverse side will show the printed design as a mirror image.
- For Premium, prepare both sides if different messages or visuals are required.
- Match the shape to the campaign style: triangle, rectangle or pennant.
- Plan the quantity according to the length of the decorated area and repeatability of the motif.
Ordering larger quantities
Garlands are well suited to repeated promotional use across retail chains, event zones or branded hospitality spaces. When a larger quantity is ordered, the unit cost can be lower, making the product a cost-effective choice for seasonal campaigns and multi-location decoration. The same shape and standard can be repeated across many locations to maintain consistent brand presentation.
