We are expanding the Labo Print POS range with five ready-made display structures designed for offset printing. The new products include three modular stands, a compact shelf display and a stepped display. Different dimensions, constructions and maximum loads make it possible to select a solution for the type of product and the available display area.
The new stands are made from E-flute or EB-flute corrugated cardboard. All of them can also be finished with varnish or film lamination.
The new models include both structures for heavier products, such as bottles or cans, and solutions that can be expanded by adding further modules.
Heavy-duty modular display stand – L10537
The first new structure has been designed for displaying heavier products. The stand is made from EB-flute corrugated cardboard, and additional supports increase the strength of the construction.
The maximum load per shelf is 20 kg, so the model can be used, for example, for bottles, cans and other products that require a more robust structure.
Expandable modular display – L10222
Another new product is a stand made up of four independent modules. The display can be expanded by adding further modules, allowing its size to be adapted to the needs of a specific project.
The stand is made from EB-flute corrugated cardboard, and the maximum load per shelf is 20 kg.
Second modular stand variant – L10672
The third model also consists of four modules and can be expanded with additional elements.
It differs from the previous version mainly in its dimensions and load capacity. In this case, the maximum shelf load is 16 kg. The structure is made from EB-flute corrugated cardboard.
The two variants make it possible to choose a solution according to the planned display size, the type of products presented and the required load capacity.
Compact 1/8-pallet shelf display – L10790
The new range also includes a shelf display designed for locations where efficient use of the available floor space is important.
The structure occupies the equivalent of 1/8 of a pallet while still allowing heavier products to be displayed. The maximum load per shelf is 15 kg.
The stand is made from EB-flute corrugated cardboard.
Six levels for books, albums and similar products – L11414
The fifth new product is a stepped display stand with six independent presentation levels.
The structure has been designed, among other applications, for displaying books and albums, but it can also be used for other products suited to a stepped presentation layout.
The stand is made from E-flute corrugated cardboard, and the maximum load per level is 12 kg.
Offset printing and additional finishing options
All five new structures are intended for offset printing. Depending on the project, the surface can also be finished with varnish or film lamination.
Production tooling for the new stands is already available. Information about cutting dies and other technical details can be obtained from your Labo Print sales representative.
