What is PVC-free Polyester?

PVC-free Polyester is a polyester fabric intended for the production of printed advertising and display elements. It is available in two versions – 115 g/m² and 210 g/m² – so the material weight can be selected according to the type of application.

The base fabric of both versions is made from 100% recycled polyester and contains no PVC. Printing is carried out using dye-sublimation technology in CMYK.

PVC-free Polyester 115 is the lighter version intended primarily for flags and beach flags. PVC-free Polyester 210 has a higher weight and is suitable, among other things, for flag banners, Cube-X and non-illuminated ZEN systems.

What can PVC-free Polyester be used for?

PVC-free Polyester can be used for various advertising and exhibition applications. The choice of version depends mainly on the type of display and the expected material properties.

PVC-free Polyester 115 is suitable primarily for:

  • beach flags,
  • standard flags,
  • other lightweight flag applications.

PVC-free Polyester 210 can be used, among other things, for:

  • flag banners,
  • Cube-X,
  • non-illuminated graphics in ZEN systems,
  • textile elements of advertising displays.

Both versions have a maximum width of 3.2 m.

When should you choose Polyester 115 and when 210 g/m²?

PVC-free Polyester 115 is primarily worth choosing for flag applications where a lightweight fabric is required.

PVC-free Polyester 210 is the heavier version intended for applications such as flag banners, Cube-X and non-illuminated graphics in ZEN systems.

When selecting the material, the supporting structure, mounting method and desired display effect should also be taken into account.

What should you consider when choosing PVC-free Polyester?

Print show-through differs between the 115 and 210 g/m² versions. This should be taken into account especially for applications where the graphic will be viewed from both sides.

Due to the recycling process of the raw material, the whiteness of the fabric may vary between production batches. For projects ordered at different times, the possibility of differences in the shade of the base material should therefore be considered.
